I saw the posting at my university and applied on-line. They replied immediately and scheduled an interview. Turned out to be a group interview which was not what I expected. It was professional and all my questions were answered. They gave me a writing prompt and I submitted a 400 writing sample.

Interview
Receptionists greeted me nicely and offered if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. Overall very professional and in a timely manner. Consisted of a series of questions making it a lengthy interview.
