From start to finish, the application and interview process took over 2 months. The first was with the recruiter and was pleasant, but it took them over a month to get back to me. After that, it was two hour-long interviews, each with two senior members of the localization team. The first of these two was fine and went well, but the second, I don't think either of the women looked up from their computer screens the entire time. They seemed very effusive about my qualifications, but expressed concerns about me working in a timezone other than my own. Regardless, I was promised a decision no later than a week later. Fast-forward over TWO weeks, and the recruiter emails me to let me know they are going in another direction. The individuals I spoke to (besides the two last people that did not engage or look at me) were nice enough, but geez louise, do they need to streamline their process, work on their timing/communication with candidiates, and polish up their emails -- they were riddled with spelling errors that made them appear very unprofessional. Honestly, glad it didn't work out, the interview process left a rotten taste in my mouth.
