Phone interview followed by face to face and two more phone screens. The travel is 100 percent and they said there are only two full time nurses to cover the entire country and a per diem team. While the people seem nice, the company doesn't offer bonus incentives to the nurses or any profit sharing. Also, no formal supervision for clinical positions (no clinical manager) which means 100% sales centric culture and you travel whenever the sales person says go. High turnover of RNs was mentioned in interviews due to the heavy travel.
