Interview
Came in with a job application waiting to be filled. Then I talked to an HR person and she went through a series of basic questions and the background of the company. She then gave me a little tour of the company and sat me down in a conference room. A manager came in and walked through my resume in details. Finally he walked me out and told me to wait for the result.

Interview
Went in for an interview 1 week after getting called. Met with a couple of department heads, who mostly asked me about my school and work experience. You don't need relevant experience, but they really look for experience involving high-pressure, team-oriented scenarios. They called back 2 days later and offered me the job.
