They email you to set up a time for a phone interview. During the phone interview I was asked questions about my resume, my engineering experience (I am an undergrad in industrial engineering), and my previous job experience at a distribution center. Wants people who have knowledge of distribution centers, cutting purchase orders, and forecasting. They said they would get back to me soon and emailed me back 2 days later.

A bit long and included people not associated to roll. Could use better communication when indicating needs of position. Overall an easy process, but needs better clarification/ information. Final interview was not associated to the roll.

Brief phone screen with someone from HR. Lasted about a half hour. Interview went smoothly and answered mostly behavioral questions. Had time left to answer any questions I had about them.
