Interview
1.) Call from HR member, over the phone behavioural interview + they ask to confirm if you actually understand Achievers and how things run there.
2.) In person Interview with One team member and TL
3.) Top Grade Interview with HR person from #1 and Hiring Manager of the team

Define scenarios where you had conflicts with other team members and with a Manager and how it was handled. Give examples, end results etc.
