Actabl interview questions

The interview experience was disappointing and raised several concerns: • The panel arrived 10 minutes late. • The interviewers appeared unprepared, primarily asking questions directly from my résumé without meaningful engagement. • All interviewers kept their cameras off, creating a cold, impersonal, and disconnected atmosphere. • I was told to expect a homework assignment, but none was provided. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue, potentially indicating a pattern of soliciting free work from candidates. • The panel was unable to answer basic questions about company culture. Says a ton! • Despite multiple follow-ups, I was completely ghosted. This is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring practices. Overall, it was a disappointing process that suggests organizational dysfunction and a lack of respect for candidates.

I had a video call for the first HR screening interview. Everything went well and I was informed that I had been invited for a second interview. We agreed on a day for the following week, and we ended the call with the understanding that I'd receive the meeting invite link for the next interview within the next day or two. I never received it. I emailed twice and never got a response. Ghosted. It is one thing to leave the interview open ended, but to tell me I have the next interview and then not even respond to my emails is rude. A waste of my time.
