Action on Hearing Loss interview questions

Disappointing to learn on second round interview that one interviewer would be leaving. It took two weeks for me to learn that I was unsuccessful, despite being called back straight away for a second-round interview. On both occasions I was left waiting for 10 minutes or more in the reception area.

It was through an agency. I had two people on the panel neither of whom worked in the team I was being recruited for and had no line management authority
