Had my first interview on the Wednesday, completed a 2 hour project ready for my second interview which was on the Thursday. Found out I had the job on the Friday and started on the following Monday.

2 stages interview. In the first stage, you have an informal chat with the hiring manager, after that you have to do an assessment at home on how would you produce an agenda for a conference. in the second stage you just talk about your assessment: how did you find it, why made particular choices.
