I interviewed at Adera Development (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Phone screen with someone one week after I applied online. They sounded super excited and said that I was a near perfect fit. I was told that they would be in contact. Close to three weeks later, no contact. I reach out with a polite letter asking for their progress., as well as a suggestion. I have a copy of that letter. They call me back within one day and left a message. Voice message has been saved and I've kept it, so I have the receipts. Polite and wanted to connect with me They could have ignored me but they chose to respond with the person telling me that they were going on vacation and how they still would like to connect with me. I retuned that call and left a message that I was also currently on vacation, but to please call me back or send me an email. Three weeks later, still radio silence, so I call back once more and left a second message to the person's direct line. They won't be calling me back, which is fine, so why bother calling me with no intention to reply two months ago? To make excuses? Adera is pathetically useless. This is how they behave to potential employees. They'll give you a run around.
