I find the opositon of head hunting in www.51job.com. I send resume to the hr. No more than one week, I receive an email and a call to have an interview. In the beginning, we fill the information form. Then, a junior hr record the process our brainstorming and let us wirte a request letter to senior manager. At last, the manager of HR have a face to face interview for our group. It is more like a talking or introducing yourself, then she will talk with you and have some questions. However, the questions are more like to be used to evaluate your personality and your determination to work for them. I do not receive the offer at last. I could not work for them immediately.
