I applied online. I interviewed at Adly (New York, NY)
Interview
Got a 30-min recruiter phone call invite and it was pretty good. The recruiter asked insightful questions which I wasn't expecting to be honest. People say that the initial phone interview is basically vibe check call but it felt more pf a behavioral interview to me. However, I did not move forward as they were not sponsoring visas for international applicants.

Question 1
How would you communicate with the non-technical stakeholders?
I had the same experience as the other reviewer here. I was asked to complete four sample assignments as the first stage of the interview process and was then told they'd get back to me within a few days. Over a week after I expected to hear from them, I got an email saying that they wouldn't be moving forward.
Don't waste your time doing free work for them!
I never spoke with anyone from Adly on the phone, rather was sent an assessment, which took over 3 hours, to complete. I asked to speak with someone first to clarify the salary range before spending so much time on the assessment. I was sent an email saying that they are "flexible."
Since it was within my range, I completed the assessment and waited over a week to check-in. Once I did, a few days later I received an email saying they weren't moving forward with me.
I then asked for feedback, which was never responded to.
