Cons
Benefits are fair, though there's room to grow for remote employees.
Working at Adly has been a unique experience from the standard tech startups. It's entirely remote and a camera-off by default culture is amazing. The fast pace enables little red tape for more execution which you want from startups, while exposure to multiple companies and models has rapidly expanded my product thinking and sense. The whole makeup of people really make this company great, surrounded by smart and collaborative individuals. But the flexibility and ownership encouraged by management and leadership definitely is noticed and appreciated. As for PM's, instead of managing a single feature, flow, user, or KPI, you own entire product(s) from end to end, which is challenging but infinitely more rewarding. The quarterly bonuses don't hurt either!
Cons
While Adly isn't perfect, what company is? The compensation could be more competitive and juggling multiple products can have its tradeoffs. With that, you may end up feeling stretched thin sometimes, for myself at least, these challenges have opened up opportunties to become more efficient and ultimately improve my prioritization and sync/async communication methodologies.
