The interview process was structured, professional, and intellectually engaging—consisting of four rounds: a recruiter screen, a technical interview, a 30-minute presentation with technical Q&A, and a final behavioral interview with senior leadership.
Each step assessed both technical skill and stakeholder management ability, and the expectations were clear throughout.
However, after the final interview, communication broke down. Despite positive signals and my proactive follow-ups, I was informed of the rejection only after multiple reminders—and even then, no concrete feedback was shared. It was disappointing to experience such a sharp drop in communication quality after investing significant time and effort. A company expecting operational excellence in applicants should hold its candidate experience to the same standard.
