Interview
The interviewers were decent, but the questions felt overly theoretical, with little focus on practical skills. It seemed more about matching the exact answers they wanted than assessing real ability

HR Interview
Leetcode Assesment
Review of Assesment
The process is chaotic and very unorganized interviewers need a training. You need to lead the interview unless you want to answer dozens of questions at the same time from multiple interviewers. They have in their values to put team above ego but couldn't see it being reflected in the interview process as they make it a competition who will create the most confusion by asking misleading questions.

Experience, Adyen Formula, etc.
Absurd questions like create the whole training and predicting workflow of Adyen from scratch in 30 minutes and they keep interrupting you.
