I applied for the post of Java Developer via recruiter on LinkedIn.
The Interview Process consisted of total of 7 rounds.
Round 1 - Phone Screen via Skype: Cultural Fit, 2 developers from the company asked various questions related to my projects, technologies etc.
Round 2 - Codility: 3 questions to attempt on the Codility platform. 2 Java and 1 SQL
Round 3 - Phone Screen via Skype: Technical Interview, 2 developers will evaluate the codility answers and ask questions related to Java, SQL, concurrency, projects done.
Round 4 - Phone Screen via Skype: This is an optional round. Since I was flying from India to their Amsterdam HQ, this was another cultural fit round with one of the senior developers in the company.
Rest of the rounds happened onsite at the Amsterdam HQ and were basically focused on cultural fit, my current projects, way of working in Adyen etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdam)
Interview
I applied as a java developer (graduate program).
There were 5-6 rounds which consumed a lot of time (If you pass one round, then you'll be moved forward).
HR screen > introductory session with one senior dev (introduce yourself, why you're interested in Adyen) > Hackkerank > Code review with one tech lead and one senior > so on..
I failed at code review, they asked a lot of deep question to determine whether you really understand java.
It was good and well organized. First they gave an coding exam. Once I had finished it, next interview went around with my coding exam. Asked detailed questions about what I've dine with the exam etc.
