The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdam)
Interview
1) Codility test, easy difficulty. Algorithm, SQL, bug fix and streams.
2) Zoom interview with 2 developers. During the first part of the interview I was asked about my codility test second part was some other technical questions and my motivation to join Adyen and my questions.
While their slogan that freedom is in their dictionary... it actually isn't, you need to tell them what they want to hear and only that! You need to be careful about the reasons why you want to change your job and join Adyen and give them lots of compliments on the company so instead studying technical stuff I'd suggest study Adyen.
Pretty smooth experience, recruiter was very good, 5 rounds in total, online test, screening, DSA, system Design, leadership discussion, global leadership round, which was with CTO of adyen,so great overall
I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.
