The process consisted of five interviews; pretty informal to be honest.
I applied on LinkedIn and was contacted the next day.
First, I met a team member and got to know each other. Then, I had to perform a take-home skills test. Right after completion I was appointed for a technical interview to discuss the test results. In addition, I was asked to prepare a presentation on one of the topics they provided.
The third interview involved two members of an external team and focused on the Adyen culture and reasons to join the company.
Finally, before the final interview with a member of the board, the HR contacted me to share the feedback of the previous interviews.
The interviewers are very friendly and provide a concrete, valuable feedback. Be yourself and everything will be fine.
