sollicitatie ingediend via de website, daarna een automatisch gegenereerde email gekregen met een uitnodiging voor een gesprek. Vervolgens kan je zelf via een calendar het gesprek inplannen. Ik was ziek en moest daarom het gesprek verplaatsen, dat was geen probleem. De sollicitatie was online (30min) wat erg kort was aangezien degene met wie de sollicitatie was wel op kantoor was en moest wachten tot de ruimte vrij was. Hierdoor was effectief het gesprek maar 15 min.

I got a call from recruiter weeks after applying unexpectedly to ask about my experience the schedule the next round with hiring manager which was less than 30 mins then the next round the following week. The hiring was in 3 stages interview and mostly asking the same questions from the previous stage. They talk a lot about AI yet there’s not a single mention of AI in the job listing. Goal post kept changing each stage and not reflecting the listing. Each stage felt like the final one but afterwards, you are told there’s another one with someone else. Made it not structured at one point. And based on questions, you can tell burn out will be high because they kept mentioning things that showed you are on your own from day one.
