I was called for the lenovo process @ Aegis (st.johns road). Since i was good @ english, i easily cleared the general discussion and 2 HR rounds. Immediately after the HR round, they gave the offer letter and told the training will be on Monday(i.e after 3-4 days).
But when i went on monday, they made us to sit from morning 10am to evening 4pm with no work. This continued for next 3 days and lastly i left the hope of joining AEGIS.

They do a quite fast interview by phone call. The interviewer ask some questions related to the position. If you join the project that related to the F&B, then they may request you to have the knowledge of biology and nutrition.

Interview was ok. There are two stages of interview. The first part was to answer the excel sheets sort of the iq test. Then interviewer will interview. If success, can proceed to 2nd interview
