Interview
There are 3 rounds interview.
1st HR round where they are asking about you and your goal and after that they are saying to read a passage and translate it.
2nd ops round where ops team are asking some questions like how do you spend your last day or any other topic.
3rd online test & typing where you need to answere some basic questions on the base of given passage and basic computer knowledge & typing speed must be 20w/m

HR interview , chat round will also be done where your typing speed should be measured , if you have 30 word per minute then its good chance to clear that round . then versant round where you will be tested how quick you can catch a voice and answer that . you have to write what you just listened. then final Client round and you are hired

Just go there speak little bit confident and give answers of questions like why you want to be in this industry and how long you think to stick with this organization or most important they ask ready for bond!! which is just a googly because no BPO industry is going for bond my guess as Aegis don't do that, it s just tricky question to judge your credibility towards job
