This was the worst interview experiance for me as fresher, I applied through a consultancy in bangalore. In the consultancy the HR of the company was there and he was doing the screening of the candidates he checked my communication skills, after clearing that there was a voice and accent telephonic round in which he tested me for my communication in Hindi language and i was selected and was informed to go to the company to receive the offer letter and complete the documentation, When i went to the company the office looked pretty good and the working environment was quite good as well. There i met another HR who was responsible for documentation and offer letter, but she told to sit and wait, after waiting for 3 hours , she told there will be induction round and the documentation and offer letter will be given. The induction went for another 2 hours, and by 9 o clock a in the evening we were told to go after the documentation. Then one week later i again went to the office and they told there will be deep check, I reached there at 10 o clock in the morning and as usual i waited, then by 4.30 the trainer came to take the interview and i clear through it, and was given the offer letter, but wait there is more, after receiving the offer letter the selected candidates were again asked to give deep check interview for Hindi voice and accent, I cleared that too and my data was fed into their system, and the told they will call in 2 3 days regarding the joining date, 10 days later i received a call that there will be again one more round of interview "Client Round" i was asked to reach there by 11, i reached there and waited for the round and luckily the round started by 3.45 in the evening my turn came by 5.30 pm, the HR asked my about my childhood, my hobbies, and my qualification. Which i answered with full confidence and nice communication. I was rejected because according to my guess is i was a bachelor of engineering student. And the offer letter had no meaning. Who does that, after giving the offer letter rejected.
