Aero Precision interview questions

Applied online, received a call to schedule an interview. For the first interview I met with just the manager and the director above briefly, then left. Also interviewed with the Director of HR briefly The second interview was nearly a full day event . I had 4 or 5, 1 hour interviews with different surrounding department heads along with another brief netting with Director of HR. Was offered position 3 weeks after

I thought the interview went well. But after there was no dialogue, no one would answer their phone messages or emails. I guess I'm glad I didn't get the job...
