Quick and Easy, met with two of the managers in that the department i was working in. Very Friendly. You sit in a room with no windows. at first it may seem like your being interrogated but everything will be just fine.

Interview
Process took about 1 week. I received a call from Affinity stating that I was selected for a face to face interview. I was asked basic questions. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.Interviewer told me interview went well. Did online simulation and passed that as well, I was told I would get a call back, I never got a call from anyone.
