Affordable Solar interview questions

Completed application Online, got an email for an interview, it went great. Went to the interview, was told it would be a week wait. Right on time I got the offer letter in the mail, a meeting was set up where I accepted the offer and I went to work the following week. Everything was exactly how they presented it to me.

Complete nightmare. Interviewed over the phone and then drove an extreme ways out of my way to interview in person for 5 minutes. Was told to be in training in the next few weeks and that they would send the info. Info never sent. Called and was told another person was selected after turning down multiple interviews. After arguing was re-offered the position. Went to training and was given offer letter at a rate $1 lower than the offer at the personal interview. etc.... It goes on but just terrible!!!
