Interview was normal. Did a phone screen with the recruiter and then a second phone interview with the hiring manager. I think he and I could both tell that it wasn't the right fit. We both politely said goodbye to each other and pretty much moved on from there.

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, send them my resume and had the initial recruiter call. They said they will follow up with next steps but I never got any more communications from them.

A long process including multiple interviews with stakeholders. A total of 5 hours of interviews and was told I would hear back either way but never did. I even followed up and received a call saying I would receive feedback but didn't.
