I applied to Aignostics and went through part of the interview process. It moved quite slowly at first - about two weeks between each step. There was also a writing exercise to describe a past experience, which felt redundant given that several behavioral interviews were already planned. In total, the process includes around eight stages, with the last six (both technical and non-technical) packed into one or two onsite days. That’s a lot to handle and can be quite intense for candidates. Everyone I spoke with was professional and respectful, but the process overall felt overly long and demanding.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aignostics (Berlin) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted from two stages.
The first stage was a call with two people and there was a quiz on different topics about SW development, Machine learning and Math.
I though I did quite well.
The 2nd stage was the call with CTO, where he basically started to repeat questions from the first interview. Sometimes going into more details. Overall quiz was kinda easy for me, although of course there were things I didn't know but I still got rejected without reason why.
