It was an easygoing conversion about the role and my preferences and interest, with the opportunity to ask lots of questions. But then the interviewer never called for the second interview that was scheduled, just nothing. I thought it was rather unprofessional, especially after reading how the company's owners cared, etc.

Guided Tour, very few questions, offered job my email a few minutes later. Called to setup the interview. Went in a few days later and met with a hiring manager. Met with Vice President. The entire interview took less than 30 minutes.
