They conducted four rounds of interviews. They asked many standard questions. It's clear they want to make sure you are the proper fit and can bring new skills to the table.
Multiple steps and very in depth. Met with partners on the team before head of group who seemingly made up his mind prior to speaking with me. Overall was about what one would expect.

Interview
30 minute interview in which role was described. The interviewer then asked about previous work experiences and wanted to know about client interaction in previous roles. A good tell-tale sign that an interviewer is interested is when the interview lasts slightly longer than the allotted time, and this was right on the mark.
