Akima Infrastructure Services interview questions

Fairly straightforward, but interview was with directorate management not Akima (llnl). Basically covered job description and basic overview, then mostly consisted of question and answer on both our parts as to the job and previous work experience/education and how it pertained to the job itself. Took 3 interviews and 3 years but finally got on so don't give up if you really want it! Between budget cuts and sequestration... it took 3 years while I worked elsewhere and then out of the blue got a call from Akima and asked if I was still interested and if so, when I could start.

I was contacted about a Mechanical Engineer position after a recruiter found my resume on a job board. I submitted my resume and was scheduled for an in-person interview the following week. I met with two people and was asked both technical and behavioral questions. I got an offer a couple of days later.
