Interview
4 rounds of interviews with both technical and behavioural questions. The several rounds were with different members of the team going from least seniority all the way to the managing partners of the team.
Structured but intense interview process: multiple technicals, valuation case, and behavioral rounds. Interviewers were professional yet demanding. Fast-paced, high expectations, limited feedback, but overall fair and insightful experience, culture-focused, finance-heavy.
1st round: peer interview (30mins) technical interview
2nd round: meet with a MD (30mins) Behavioral Q mostly
3rd round: doing a case (not an interview format, did separately and submit via email)
4th round: final round, meeting other MDs (1hr+)
