I was called about twice to interview on the technical and then management aspect of the job position. Thereafter a 1:1 was requested when which we discussed salary and my past work experiences. The interviewers were generally open and not so stuck up as this gave me more confidence.

Detail from beginning to end how you would track materials to be used for transmission rollout from order placement to actual installation! Ensuring they arrive at about when needed and in the right quantity as required.

Interview
My case was specific to the requirement (prepaid software suite of Alcatel-Lucent) since I had 5 years of experience on their product in India. Questions were only on Alcatel OSP, the product suite, and the projects I worked on using that product for various telecom operators.
