I applied through agency and had two interviews. First was with the hiring manager/team leader and the second was a telephone interview with a senior expert. I have not met HR personnel in the process. Both rounds of interviews are heavily technical and I guess if you bluff in your resume and you will get asked with same level of questions so get prepared to answer them:)
