Alchemie Technology interview questions

Recruitment agency forwarded on CV. Quickly invited to a face to face interview with the MD, and Textile Technology Leader and brief discussion with HR. Followed by a brief tour of the new facilities.

Applied to the position through an Recruitment Agency, around a month later I was invited for an interview. The interview itself was like any other interview with HR assessing whether I was a good fit for the company and the Department Head assessing my technical knowledge. I thought the interviewers were easy to talk to and were able to answer all the questions I had for them regarding the role and company. After having the interview it took 2 weeks for the company to reach a decision and offered me the role. In comparison to other interviews I have had I thought this process was very straight forward. With special mention to the interviewers who were very polite and professional making very easy to talk to them. Additionally, it was obvious that all the interviewers love their jobs and working for the company. This positivity made the interview a nicer experience compared to other companies where I have been interviewed by people that did not enjoy their jobs at all.
