Alcoa Operations interview questions

Online questions, very general questions about the company, teamwork/leadership, problem solving. Able to re-record answers too. Next step was the group interview, had a general induction to Alcoa, what they do, how they works and a tour. Then some team building exercises and a speed interview where 6-8 interviewers were sat around the room and you had a 5 mins or so with each to answer a couple of questions. Mostly scenario based.
