Alcomotive interview questions

Applied here several times but I have a very bad feeling about this company. I have spoken to Elisabeth and I really can't understand why she wants to direct the direction applicants wants to go. I decide which way my career needs to go. But she basically forced to not apply to a specific job because she feels that I should have another career path. But it's not up to her to decide that. This was again to just not hire me.
