Interview
The interview occur in the morning. Senior Electrical Engineer and CEO present in conference room. Discussed my education and prior job experience. Discussed expectations, how fast can I learn the software and communication skills.
Asked about my relevant experience, hobbies, and skills. Inquired about which classes I was currently enrolled in and about my current GPA. Actual GPA was not critical but leadership wanted to ensure it was not too low. Laid back interview once skills were established. Interview was checking for personality compatibility with the current team.
