Interview
It was an average interview with 3 rounds. Management then sales teams. They will try you out on how you can present to 20-30 people, because this can happen in this company.

It was a four stage interview process. One behavioural interview with the hiring manager and Lead then a sales interview with the Managing Director, Nigeria and Partner director.

Interview
The interview process is similar to others, with three main interviews: 1. recruiter, 2. hiring manager meeting, and 3. presentation for the hiring manager and director. It was an easy going process
Cognitive ability and behaviour test with a case. Was fairly straight forward with nothing out of the usual. Be prepared for typical elevator pitch as they did not schedule enough time to actually go thru the reasoning behind the answers I provided. Keep it simple stupid.
