Anonymous Interview Candidate in Tukwila, WA
I interviewed at Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law (Tukwila, WA) in May 2021
The Director of HR was fantastic! She understood how to interview an overall was an interesting person. When I met with the CFO he was unorganized, uncoordinated and had hints of antagonism. It seemed like he wanted the job and proceeded to tell me how he was so qualified for the position. The CFO was not prepared and read my resume only after I walked into the room. He then referred to my resume asking about bullet points out of context instead of big picture questions. Without the preparation their lacked thoughtful questions, no predesigned interview questions and asked silly small questions such as commute etc. - for such a high-level position with such business impact, I would have expected a lot more business, operational, and background questions including behavioral, leadership and problem solving questions. It is hard to talk about knowledge, experience, and accomplishments when all the questions were stuck in the weeds.
- Started out with if I was ok with the commute? For an executive position?
