Introduction, questions were timed, time to discuss experience as teacher and wrap up. Give examples of achievements and goals you've accomplished during your previous years. It went smooht and just be you. Express why you're interested and what you have that others Dont. It can be personality, experiences, etc.

Interview
Interviewers were professional and asked fair questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was a virtual interview so not as nerve racking for me. The principal got interrupted once by a student or other staff member but it didn't bother me. She politely excused herself for a minute.
