Phone Interview
Initial contact with the woman who handles HR for the firm was timely and pleasant.
The first few minutes of the call were your typical phone interview questions (i.e. "What's your degree in?" "What relevant experience do you have?"). Then it switched to questions about technical terms, so make sure you spend a significant amount of time reviewing the software development life cycle and relevant vocabulary terms before the phone interview.
Small companies are by nature going to be very selective, so you've really got to impress. In this case, knowing what you don't know is not going to get you anywhere.
