Call with recruiter, video call with 3 different managers. 3rd and final video call was somewhat technical, but nothing like database leetcode stuff - All fair questions. They were up front with some of the issues internally and how I’d be positioned to help.

It was on time and very professional. Only asked relevant questions and let me answer them on my own pace. I didn’t accept the offer though because I had better opportunities
