I applied through LinkedIn for a position with Total Deployment Solutions and somehow a recruiter from Align contacted me for an interview. On two separate occasions, the interviewer/recruiter did not attend the scheduled meeting. Communication afterward did not provide a satisfactory explanation, and the overall experience felt disorganized.
