I had a phone screening that lasted about 15 minutes where I basically went over my resume and the recruiter asked me about my interests and tried to see if I was right for the job.

They mostly asked behavioral questions that highlight essential soft skills like collaboration, communication, and coachability. Some questions asked about specific marketing projects I've had and the measurable impacts I had. They asked a lot about future goals.
