AliveCor Interview Questions

I was selected for the second round of the interview after passing the first round of the video-based interview with senior authorities. I saw that there were two interviewers when I joined for the second round of the interview. The interviewer's failure to turn on their video was noted. It will be awkward and difficult to determine whether I can make you feel more at ease with my answers, so I asked them to turn on their video. Because the interviewer's facial expressions will make it clear if they are pleased with my response or not, if the video is ON, I can provide more instances. However, the interviewer refused to enable the camera. I requested time to speak with the recruiter before I left the meeting. I informed the recruiter a little while later, and she promised to speak with high management to resolve the situation. I also mentioned that I could travel to their office for a face-to-face meeting if they choose not to turn on their camera. After waiting for two days, I heard nothing from them. When I discovered that this might be the company culture, I made the decision not to work for that particular company.

When I decided to join here, I didn't receive any updates about the joining process. This was after being selected for the IT Specialist role and receiving an offer letter from HR. The whole process wasn't engaging. After contacting the hiring manager for the status, he also ghosted me a few days later. It is never a wise idea to trust anyone in this company; their words can be changed at any moment. 

Short and sweet. Very convenient and knowledgeable did not take long from application to interview. Job does not seem confusing at all online process makes things sweeter interviewer was average

Emailed me for time to speak over phone. Described company and role. Gave information on what i was looking for. Recruiter was good. Information received accurate. Received email they chose another candidate

The recruiter reached out for an intial call and went over the role first. Next steps was a hiring manager interview going over past experience with a few basic technical questions. The final round was with four team members and the cofounder. Most of the questions were based on past experience again, with the only hard technical questions coming from the cofounder. After the final round I was ghosted and never heard back despite numerous attempts to get a yes or no.
