The interview process is quite straightforward and bit long. I applied from their website. The recruiter contacted me via email and scheduled a phone interview and then with the team members and a 45 minutes technical video interview with the team leader, self introduction, and interviewer introduced his team, and daily job. I am not sure if the interviewer wanted to understand my thinking process or rather just to brainstorm new ideas for his work... There are two more steps on the way . I didn't get to the next one
