It is mandatory that every person be interviewed by several people, in addition to taking several evaluation tests. These tests range from personality tests to IQ tests. After being hired, employees are given the optional opportunity, to discuss the results of the tests with an administrator to identify best practices for job responsibilities given qualities identified by the tests.
