I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AlixPartners (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
Online application. 30-minute phone interview with HR. Mix of numerical and verbal reasoning assessments. AlixPartners are particularly thorough with this process and place a lot of weight on it. 1-hour phone interview with an employee currently enrolled in the Business Analyst Program. 30-minute phone call with an organisational psychologist. 1-hour case study interview with a more senior employee. Did not pass this stage, due to lack of enough work experience. This programme is more targeted towards those who have a couple of years of industry experience post-university.
