Overall good interview process, but unnecessarily drawn out with up 5-6 rounds in addition to cognitive and behavioral assessments. The interviewers were all pleasant and respectful and I had good impressions of the company.

Lack of transparency throughout. Completed several components of the interview. HR and hiring team slowplayed process - has to reach out for multiple updates and just dragged along. Similar to below interview, still being considered after my performance; told no hiring yet ongoing job posts exist. Wish this process was simpler without so many steps and lack of communication.
