I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlixPartners in Jan 2024
Interview
My initial interview with HR primarily covered basic background information, a few behavioral questions, and an initial screening to assess my suitability for the role. Following that, I met with the Senior VP, where topics included discussing my background, reasons for choosing Alix Partners, technical aspects related to the position, and more behavioral questions. The subsequent round involved an assessment featuring general ability, deductive, and inductive questions. Unfortunately, I didn't progress beyond this stage, which I suspect is where I faltered. Overall, the process was satisfactory, with the assessment proving to be the most challenging aspect, requiring proficiency in aptitude skills and numerical reasoning. It's possible that personality tests also factored into the evaluation criteria, though I'm uncertain about this aspect.

How did you respond to differences in opinion with your colleague?
Why Alix Partners?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at AlixPartners (New York, NY)
Interview
Lack of transparency throughout. Completed several components of the interview. HR and hiring team slowplayed process - has to reach out for multiple updates and just dragged along.
Similar to below interview, still being considered after my performance; told no hiring yet ongoing job posts exist.
Wish this process was simpler without so many steps and lack of communication.

Question 1
Why Alix Partners? And why specifically the operations practice
Did not take too long due to an accelerated business need. However, it was an intense process. The process included an external recruiter screen, internal HR screen, a panel interview with function leads, and two interviews with senior stakeholders. There was also a testing round and an interview with an organizational psychologist.
